Drawing Tool Graphic

Today in class we used a Drawing Tool Graphic.  I used Goodle Docs to create my graphic for this exercise.  I used a flow chart to show how I used this tool to create my graphics.  You can view this by going to my Frequently Used Links.

The ISTE NETS T standard used for this assignment would be #2.  Design and Develop Digital-Age Learning Experiences and Assessments.  I utilized parts A and C in order to meet these standards.  This allowed me to show how I use Google Docs in order to make a flow chart to show the process used to perform this activity.  Students should be able to effectively use this flow chart as a guide to perform the same task.

Added a link to my frequently used links to a web site that shows Content, Standards and Objectives for my particular subject matter.  My subject matter being taught is Music Education and I am certified to teach Music K-12, General, Instrumental and Vocal Music.

The ISTE NETS Standard used for this exercise was #2. Design and Develop Digital-Age Learning Experiences and Assessments

Teachers design, develop, and evaluate authentic learning experiences and assessment incorporating contemporary tools and resources to maximize content learning in context and to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes identified in the NETS•S. Teachers:

a. design or adapt relevant learning experiences that incorporate digital tools and resources to promote student learning and creativity.

By using this tool I was able to use a picture to associate with a key signature for a piece of music.  There is one sharp (#) in this piece which makes this key signature the key of G because there is only one sharp in this picture. 

Friday's task!

Today in class we used the snipping tool to upload an image to our blog.

Used the tool in Vista to snip a picture and post it to my blog post. 

Update

Today I worked on updating my Blog page a little.  Changed my profile pic to my dog.  Her name is Moxy.  I also changed my background design.  Added a little personal information about me and made easier link access to specific links that we will use on a regular basis in class. 

Resume

I performed an activity to post my Resume to my blog. 
ISTE NETS T.  The Standard used for this exercise is Model Digital-Age Work and Learning.  This exercise enabled me to demonstrate fluency in technology systems and the transfer of current knowledge to new technologies and situations.  The standards can be found by going to ISTE NETS T
